Check-In Area

Process

From booking in your computer, to the final handover, our state-of-the-art software system tracks your repair so you know exactly what’s going on, and allows our technicians to update you via SMS message, email, and by phone.

We won’t complete your repair, or use any parts, until you’ve approved our estimate. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you only have to pay our diagnostic fee (£40) which will be discussed with you when you book your equipment in.

Sometimes it’s more cost-effective to replace your equipment, rather than repair it. If this is the case we’ll advise you, and provide you with a quotation for a replacement - on top of a competitive price, if you decide to replace the item through us, we’ll also waive our diagnostic charge!

Fast Check-in

Do you want to save time when you book your equipment in? Use our fast check-in so we have all your contact information before we start!

Home call-outs

In addition to our workshop services, we also offer a mobile service to come and fix faults in your home. Problems with Wi-fi printers & internet connectivity can’t be investigated in-store, so we’ll need to visit you to try and resolve it. Sometimes we can also repair basic software problems in your home, though more complex problems may require workshop attention.

When you book your call-out, the technician will discuss the nature of the fault, and advise if an on-site visit is the best way to proceed, or whether it would be more cost effective to bring your equipment to the workshop. If you would prefer a technician to collect and return your equipment, this can be arranged for a small additional fee.
