About Us
Launched in 2011, Burntwood Computer Centre is a professional, independent supplier of computer hardware, support and services to the general public and small businesses. We benefit from management experience of in excess 15 years, gained from successfully supplying products to the computer retail trade.
In 2014 we moved to prominent retail premises on Swan Island in Burntwood, where we continue to build our reputation for quality service.
In addition to out workshop services, we offer a call out service to our local customers in Lichfield, Cannock, Rugeley, Armitage and the surrounding areas.
Products
We pick our stock lines based on products that provide the best value, which doesn’t always mean the cheapest.
We look for the best quality at a specific price point, and if we don’t think it’s good enough, we won’t stock it. As well as having a complete range of consumable products such as Ink Cartridges & Toners, we also stock higher end hardware including Laptop & Desktop computers. Our trade suppliers stock over 4 million individual product lines, so if we don’t keep something on the shelf, it can usually be delivered next day.
Repairs & Services
In addition to competitively priced hardware, Burntwood Computer Centre specialise in providing computer support and repair services for consumers. We offer workshop repairs to all makes and models of equipment including:

Printers
We can also arrange to visit your home or business in order to repair your problem on-site. This can often be the best way to resolve networking and connectivity issues, as well as IT faults.
We finally offer a remote repair service, whereby we can connect to your computer from our workshop and try to resolve your problem remotely.
