Computer gremlins? New technology to be installed? Our technicians can come to your home and help! We offer a full on-site callout for homes in Burntwood, Lichfield, Cannock, Rugeley and the surrounding areas. We specialise in resolving wireless networking and broadband connectivity issues, as well as providing expert installation of computer hardware.

Repairs

Certain types of computer problems, such as wireless printers and internet faults, need to be checked out in their normal location. In these instances, our technicians will offer to visit you to try and get to the bottom of the problem.

Even if you’re not having these types of problems, you may just prefer to have us come to you, rather than you bringing your equipment to us. If so, give us a call on 01543 624500 to discuss your requirement, and one of our friendly team will advise whether its something that can easily be done on-site.

Installations

If you’re having a some new technology, and would like some help connecting it and setting it up, we can help. From new Computers and Printers, to Smart TVs and CCTV systems, our technicians have the knowledge to help you get the best out of it.

Additional Information

If we find the problem isn’t solved after the first hour of the callout we can stop and discuss the next step, additional time can be added per half hour or we can take the PC back to our workshop and do a full in-store diagnostic and quote you accordingly.
