After 7 years at Swan Island, we have taken the opportunity to relocate so we can continue to improve the way we deliver our services and products to our customers.
Our new address is:
Unit 6 The Old Mining College, Chasetown, Burntwood, WS7 4QH.
Our phone number and email address will remain the same, and you'll still be able to contact us through our facebook page and website contact forms as usual!
You'll still be able to come and visit us, though for health & safety and security purposes, the Mining College have asked that we come and greet you in reception, so please give us a call on 01543 624500 when you arrive or ask reception to let us know.
On the back of this move, we have chosen to re-introduce our FREE delivery and collection service for all device diagnostics and services, as well as for our stock items such as ink cartridges! Simply contact us to find out more about this service.
You are of course still welcome to drop your troublesome devices in to us - we just ask that you give us a ring before coming down to make sure we're not out on deliveries or call-outs.
We're very excited about this new venture, and we would be very grateful if you could spread the word by sharing this post! So as soon as it’s booked into our job tracking system, we’ll get right on with providing you with an expert diagnosis. If you have important data on your system that hasn’t been backed up, just let us know,and we’ll back it up up to our servers to keep it safe.
Call-out
If you can’t make it to us, we also offer a computer call-out service to the surrounding areas, including Lichfield, Cannock, & Rugeley. One of our experienced technicians will come to you and aim to resolve your computer gremlins from the comfort of your own home.
